Crunchy peanut butter nice cream with Atlantic Kombu
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 tablespoon crunchy peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon Atlantic Kombu
First freeze the bananas. To do this, peel two bananas, chop them and place them in the freezer for at least 4 hours. Take the food processor and add all the ingredients. Puree for 2-3 minutes, until the mass has become similar to ice-cream. Place the ice-cream in a bowl, sprinkle with Kombu algae and enjoy immediately.
