Young barley grass is harvested at optimal maturity. Then immediately cold-pressed into a fresh juice and afterwards spray-dried to preserve all the good nutrients. It takes about 20 grams of fresh barley grass to make 1 gram of barley grass juice powder, thus juice powder has 20:1 concentration of vitamins and minerals.
