HEALTHY CUP OF TEA

Chaga is traditionally grated into a fine powder and used to brew a hot cup of tea. Add 0,5 tsp of Numami Chaga Powder to a boiling cup of water. Let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes and enjoy your healthy hot drink. Chaga Powder is not water-soluble, but perfectly suitable for a healthy cup of tea.

POWER OF NATURE

Chaga has been a part of the traditional medicine for hundreds of years. It is known for its strong anti-inflammatory, antifungal and antibacterial potential. Chaga is also rich in antioxidants and it has strong immune system supporting qualities and positive effects on digestive system.
How does Chaga tea taste like?
Chaga tea has a quite strong and specific taste which can be compared with a strong black tea. Because of its strong taste and anti-fatique qualities, it can be consumed as a natural coffee substitute. Try Chaga tea with milk, cream or some natural sweeteners and find out your own special way to enjoy Chaga tea.
When should I use it?
You can use Chaga powder if you want to have a cup of tea and at the same time enjoy the benefits of the traditional Chaga. Chaga mushroom is one of the most powerful antioxidants on the planet and it is known in the traditional medicine for its great healing powers.
What is the best way to use it?
Numami Chaga is a fine powder. No need to soak and boil chaga chunks for hours. With our Chaga powder you can have it ready in less than 10 min. Boil the water, use a teapot with filter or french press and add 1g chaga powder (1/2 teaspoon) for 1 cup of tea. Let it steep for 5 to 10 min. It's a perfect alternative for coffee, so try the different taste combinations with cream, milk and some natural sweeteners.
What is the main difference between Chaga powder and Chaga Extract?
Chaga Powder is the ground powder of raw Chaga Mushroom. It is not water-soluble and to reap its benefits it needs to steep in a hot water and is therefore traditionally used as a tea. Chaga Extract is already processed (double-extracted) and ready to use powder. It does not need any steeping and it is water-soluble. It can be easily added to coffee, hot chocolate or smoothies.
Why to use?
The traditional Chaga tea has many health benefits. You can drink Chaga tea if you want to support your immune system, improve your digestion and gut health.
How long to use?
For better results Chaga tea should be consumed 2-3 cups per day for 3 weeks. The recommended daily consumption is 1 - 3 teaspoon per day.
