Vegan Potato Salad with Numami Kombu

This is a simple, nostalgic dish, just like your grandmother cooked it – except that our version is vegan, uses cruelty-free products, and is super-packed with vitamins. As an added bonus, cooking it takes no time at all!


  • 200g boiled potatoes
  • 100g vegan sausage
  • 100g red beans
  • 10g spinach
  • 20g radishes
  • 20g cucumbers
  • 2 tbsp Numami Kombu flakes
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 100g vegan mayonnaise

Slice the boiled potatoes into golden disks and put them into a bowl.
Add the red beans.
Slice the sausage, radishes, and cucumber into smaller pieces and add the yummy kaleidoscopic mixture into the bowl.
For an added dash of green, wash and dry the spinach and add it to the salad.
Add some creamy mayonnaise, an iodine-filled handful of Numami Kombu flakes and nutritional yeast and mix well.
If you like it hot, add your favorite pepper to taste.
